Together with our guest teachers, we had the opportunity to visit ΠΤΙ ΦΟΥΡ BISCOTTI 🍪🏭 in Kalochori, Thessaloniki 🇬🇷.![]()

During the visit, we had the chance to learn more about the company’s daily operations, its production processes 🍪⚙️, the modern methods used in production, as well as important aspects of the organisation and management of a modern professional workplace 👨💼📋.![]()

This experience was another valuable opportunity for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and good practices 📚💡, while also strengthening cooperation 🤝 and the connection between vocational education and the real labour market 🎓🌍.![]()

During their stay, we had the opportunity to visit Papagrigoriou-wines 🍇🍷 in Anchialos, Thessaloniki 🇬🇷, where we learned more about wine production, modern practices in the sector, and the different stages of the winemaking process 🏭🍷.![]()

We are very happy to be hosting in Thessaloniki students specializing in Culinary Arts / Chef training from Nógrád Vármegyei Kormányhivatal in Hungary. They are currently taking part in an Erasmus+ programme and completing a three-month practical training placement in professional catering and hospitality environments. ✈️🌍![]()

During their stay, the students have the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice, improve their culinary and organizational skills, learn new techniques, and gain valuable experience in a real working environment. 👩🍳🔪🥘![]()

At the same time, their daily life in Thessaloniki gives them the chance to discover Greek gastronomy, culture, and lifestyle, creating experiences that contribute to both their personal and professional development. 💙🤍![]()

During their stay in Thessaloniki 🏛️, the students completed their internship placements in carefully selected hotels 🏨 and restaurants 🍽️, gaining valuable professional experience, developing new skills, and becoming familiar with the high standards of the Greek hospitality and food service industry 👨🍳👩🍳🤝.![]()

Working in a real professional environment provided them with a unique opportunity for both personal and professional growth 📈🎓. At the same time, they had the chance to discover the culture, history, and renowned hospitality of Thessaloniki 🌊🏛️💙.![]()
