As part of the Erasmus+ program, together with the students of Ipseoa Manlio Rossi-Doria, we visited the Mediterranean Palace Hotel - Thessaloniki, one of the top 5-star hotels in Thessaloniki.![]()

During the visit, we had the opportunity to tour the hotel, learn about the operation and organization of a modern, high-standard hotel complex, and visit the professional kitchen. 🍽️👨 🍳![]()

The discussion with the hotel chef was particularly interesting, as he shared valuable knowledge and experiences with the students about gastronomy, everyday professional life, and the demands of the hospitality industry.![]()

We are delighted to welcome the second group of students and teachers from Domenico Rea part of their Erasmus+ mobility in Thessaloniki.![]()

Today, the group visited the EPAS DYPA Oraiokastro, where they joined Greek students in hands-on workshops in Pastry & Bakery and Cooking.![]()
Together, they practiced recipes, exchanged techniques, learned new skills, and shared their passion for the culinary arts in a warm and creative learning environment.![]()

The collaboration between the Italian and Greek students created a wonderful atmosphere of teamwork, culture, and inspiration—exactly what Erasmus+ is all about.![]()
